How do I report a violation?

 

In order to ensure the highest ethical and legal standards in our company, and in response to the requirements of the Whistleblower Protection Act of 14 June 2024, we have put in place internal procedures for reporting work-related violations of the law, covering the areas set out in the Act.

 

A whistleblower may only make a submission by revealing his or her identity. Anonymous reports will not be accepted or considered. Detailed information on internal reporting for whistleblowers is contained in the ‘Whistleblower Compliance Procedure’.

 

Reports of irregularities can be submitted as follows:

  1. through a dedicated mailbox – Zgloszenia@smartsolutions-hr.pl 
  2. by completing the irregularity report form available via the LINK
  3. in person at the person in charge of report management
