Responsibilities:

  • ensuring constant technical readiness and uninterrupted operation of vehicles
  • development and monitoring of compliance with annual, quarterly, monthly and operational repair schedules, cost accounting
  • document management and timely reporting, initiation and support of mutual settlements with counterparties, analytics on decisions made
  • optimization of expenses and organizational processes for vehicle maintenance
  • organization and control of mandatory technical inspections of the vehicle, preventive maintenance
  • registration / deregistration of the fleet, car insurance, ordering and accounting of fuel cards
  • organization of procurement and accounting of spare parts, tires, goods and materials and consumables for cars
  • fuel card administration
  • checking the results of vehicle maintenance, accounting for the cost of work performed and the quality of the
  • training of employees in the rules of car operation when issuing
  • seasonal tire management
  • support for the movement of employees on vehicles assigned to them within the framework of competencies, the order of replacement vehicles for the period of repair of vehicles assigned to employees
  • meeting and escort of delegations (including foreign)
  • support on other administrative issues of the company as part of the administrative department

Requirements:

  • higher education – specialized, technical
  • experience in a similar position in the maintenance of vehicles – from 3 years
  • category B driver`s license (minimum 4 last years of active driving)
  • driver medical certificate
  • knowledge of the organization, operating rules and specifics of cars, methods for diagnosing the technical condition of cars
  • experience working with insurance companies, government agencies (traffic police, military enlistment offices, etc.), service stations
  • confident use of PC, MS Office
  • English – intermediate confident
  • business communication skills
  • ability to analyze and structure information
