Responsibilities:

• Responsible for comprehensive company accounting.

• Preparation of tax declarations.

• Preparation of financial statements in accordance with Polish accounting standards.

• Coordination of month-end closures and reporting results to the group.

• Management and development of the accounting department.

• Supervision and active participation in accounting and tax processes.

• Analysis of financial statements and managerial reports.

• Monitoring and implementation of internal control systems and compliance with regulations.

• Motivation, training, and evaluation of accounting department employees.

• Support for the accounting team by sharing knowledge, experience, and best practices.

• Building and maintaining good relationships with clients, partners, and institutions.

Requirements:

• Experience in the position of Chief Accountant or head of the accounting department.

• Fluent knowledge of tax regulations is essential.

• Confirmed accounting skills, verified by an exam.

• Education in a field related to accounting.

• Holding a Chief Accountant certificate is an additional asset.

• Experience in accounting software, including Symphony or others.

• Ability to effectively manage a team and adhere to group communication principles.

• Very high proficiency in both hard and soft skills.

• Experience in the TSL industry is desirable.
