Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and managing the work of freight forwarders together with the Freight Manager
  • Monitoring the work of freight forwarders to minimize downtime
  • Building cooperation among freight forwarders
  • Implementing a system where employees themselves seek clients, build relationships with them, and can manage transportation logistics
  • Ensuring the timely completion of services
  • Providing the highest level of customer service according to established standards
  • Ensuring profit generation
  • Controlling and analyzing freight orders of the subordinate team

Requirements:

  • Willingness to take on a managerial position, supported by natural competencies
  • Experience in team training and fostering a cooperative attitude – can be informal
  • Experience in team management – can be informal
  • Leadership skills, ability to communicate with people
  • Knowledge of international transport regulations – mandatory
  • Extensive knowledge in the field of international transport and freight forwarding
  • Communicative proficiency in English both verbally and in writing
  • Very well-developed managerial skills
