Tasks:

• Acquiring and organizing transports in international relations, route planning to reduce downtime (10 vehicles in the forwarder’s pool).
• Monitoring the execution of undertaken cargo.
• Acquiring customers.
• Obtaining orders from freight exchanges.
• Handling permanent orders.
• Transport planning.
• Building long-term business relationships with clients.
• Contacting regular customers.
• Ensuring high quality of offered services.
• Collaboration with the entire team, seeking the best solutions.
• Entering the order into the system.
• Closing the order in the system.
• Acquiring and organizing transports in international relations, route planning to reduce downtime.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the position of International Freight Forwarder (experience in refrigerated transport OR tandems + forklift) – mandatory.
• Experience in acquiring customers.
• Experience and good results in logistics to minimize downtime.
• Experience in acquiring cargo on the exchange.
• Knowledge of regulations regarding international transport – mandatory.
• Knowledge in the field of international transport and freight forwarding.
• Communicative English in speech and writing – mandatory.
• Other languages – welcome.
• Knowledge of Transport Exchanges.
• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Very good work organization.
• Openness to teamwork.
• Commitment, accuracy, independence, conscientiousness.
