Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and managing the work of freight forwarders.
• Building cooperation between freight forwarders.
• Implementing a work system for employees in which they themselves seek customers, build relationships with them, and can manage transport logistics.
• Ensuring timeliness of service execution.
• Providing the highest level of customer service according to adopted standards.
• Ensuring profit realization.
• Controlling and analyzing freight orders of the subordinate team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the position of Freight Department Manager.
• Experience in acquiring customers.
• Experience and good results in logistics to minimize downtime.
• Experience in acquiring cargo on the exchange.
• Experience in team management.
• Experience in team training and fostering a cooperative attitude.
• Knowledge of regulations regarding international transport – mandatory.
• Extensive knowledge in the field of international transport and freight forwarding.
• Communicative English in speech and writing – mandatory.
• Other languages – welcome.
• Knowledge of Transport Exchanges, IMI System.
• Very well-developed managerial skills.
• Brave and assertive person.
• Consistency in action and team management.
• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Very good work organization.
