Human Resources and Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities for this position include:

  • Preparing Payroll.
  • Grossing up net amounts provided by the accounting department to calculate gross pay for drivers.
  • Managing employee personnel files.
  • Preparing accounting documents and reports.
  • Monitoring the validity of employment contracts and occupational health examinations.
  • Implementing changes to employment conditions.
  • Handling employee absence-related matters and documentation.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of payroll experience.
  • Preferably experience working with drivers, especially in the TSL industry.
  • Relevant educational background.
  • Knowledge of regulations and software such as Comarch Optima and Excel.
  • Skills including openness to innovation, communication, ability to remain calm under stress, and focus on work.
