Responsibilities for this position include:
- Preparing Payroll.
- Grossing up net amounts provided by the accounting department to calculate gross pay for drivers.
- Managing employee personnel files.
- Preparing accounting documents and reports.
- Monitoring the validity of employment contracts and occupational health examinations.
- Implementing changes to employment conditions.
- Handling employee absence-related matters and documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of payroll experience.
- Preferably experience working with drivers, especially in the TSL industry.
- Relevant educational background.
- Knowledge of regulations and software such as Comarch Optima and Excel.
- Skills including openness to innovation, communication, ability to remain calm under stress, and focus on work.
