Responsibilities:

• Operating machines for film cutting.
• Setting up the machine and monitoring all parameters.
• Completing production documentation.
• Continuous quality control of the manufactured product.
• Adhering to workplace procedures and health and safety rules.
• Packaging of the finished product.
• Machine operation and ensuring production continuity.

Requirements:

• Ideally, 4-5 years of experience; candidates with a technical school background will be considered.
• Secondary or vocational education in a technical field.
• General understanding of machine functions.
• Communicative proficiency in Polish (for foreigners, knowledge of the language is necessary due to training conducted in Polish).
• Computer literacy.
• High organizational skills.
• Punctuality, reliability, and systematic work approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to work in a three-shift system.
• Openness to learning and skill development.
• Preferred experience in a technical field, printing, or machine operation.
