Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the company’s growth by increasing brand awareness
  • Generating demand for products on the Polish market – developing and implementing marketing strategy
  • Planning and overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns in various channels, including online and offline – managing the process of planning, implementing and evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Analyzing the market and competition to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation
  • Collaborating with the graphic design studio to create advertising content, promotional materials, graphics and multimedia
  • Stay up-to-date in the area of new marketing trends and innovations, attending industry conferences to continuously improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Work experience in a similar position in clothes, sports, outdoor activity sector, healthy food etc.
  • Ability to create marketing and brand communication strategy
  • Knowledge of paid advertising campaign systems                 
  • Education with a marketing profile is welcome
  • Knowledge of English at a minimum communicative level
