We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Purchasing Manager to join our team. If you are a professional with expertise in international procurement and possess the ability to build lasting relationships with suppliers, this opportunity is for you!
Responsibilities:
- Identifying new suppliers and conducting negotiations, including import procedures.
- Building and developing long-term relationships with suppliers, providing full support in contract negotiations, including import procedures.
- Analyzing and controlling inventory levels, calculating order quantities for suppliers.
- Organizing a seamless purchasing process, handling orders, and monitoring the delivery process of products.
- Dealing with invoices, contracts, specifications, and customs documentation.
- Coordinating transport and goods documentation with suppliers, carriers, and brokers.
- Optimizing conditions for collaboration with suppliers.
- Documenting, obtaining, and verifying necessary documents and certificates to ensure the export/import of products.
- Monitoring and supporting export/import deliveries at every stage – from ordering transport, preparing documents, cooperating with brokers, to delivery control for the end customer.
- Import and export – from UA (customs clearance), China, Spain, Italy, Germany, Poland.
- Organizing an efficient purchasing process and optimizing conditions for collaboration with suppliers.
Requirements:
- Experience in international procurement and deliveries – mandatory.
- Managerial experience.
- Experience and ability to build long-term relationships with suppliers, including those from abroad.
- Experience and ability to collaborate with customs and international transport companies.
- Knowledge of basic issues related to regulations in the field of international procurement and deliveries, familiarity with INCOTERMS.
- Proficiency in English at B2 level – for communication with suppliers.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Knowledge of Comarch software is a plus.
- Expected familiarity with purchasing/warehouse systems.
