Tasks of the position: 

  • Selling solutions to eliminate architectural barriers, including: stair platforms, lifts, lifts, stair chairs 
  • Conducting sales through professional consultancy at the customer’s premises or by telephone, mainly with private customers, construction companies, architects, lift companies and public institutions. 
  • Preparing and proactively developing written quotations and arranging additional work to be carried out on site. 
  • Support for existing contractors. 
  • Building relationships with new clients. 
  • Representing the company and looking after its image in all situations. 
  • Handling customer enquiries that come in directly, without actively soliciting leads. 
  • Sales throughout the whole of Poland, without division into regions. 
  • Actively seeking out new projects and implementing them. 
  • Initiating and taking on independent challenges. 

Expectations for Candidates: 

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales requiring technical skills. 
  • Experience of working with people, including senior citizens welcome. 
  • Knowledge of technical drawing, secondary education. 
  • Advanced knowledge of English (B2/C1), working with English-speaking supervisor, suppliers and documentation; participation in English-language training courses. 
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD welcome, proficiency in MS Office. 
  • Analytical skills, willingness to continuously improve and learn about new technological developments. 
  • Courage in dealing with clients, especially older clients, and building trust with clients. 
  • Energy, willingness to develop and make personal visits to clients, resourcefulness. 
  • Ability to work as part of a team, liaising with the site team, clients and suppliers; openness and honesty. 
  • Emotional intelligence, determination to seek new challenges, high motivation for new work. 
  • Commitment, willingness to learn, professional approach to clients.
