Job Responsibilities:

•  Managing the accounting team, including substantive and organizational supervision.
• Ensuring the quality of accounting data.
• Checking the completeness and accuracy of accounting documents.
• Supervising the correctness of tax settlements and optimizing the company’s tax situation.
• Playing a key role in preparing financial statements based on IFRS.
• Providing data for the consolidation package and substantively consolidating individual results.
• Key involvement in month-end closing activities.
• Supervising data exported to the accounting system (payroll, inventory).
• Key involvement in inventory activities.
• Supporting the Financial Director in preparing the cash flow statement.
• Supporting other team members and organizing daily work.

Requirements:

• Higher education, preferably in finance or accounting.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in accounting, including at least 3 years in an independent position.
• Knowledge of the Accounting Act, relevant tax regulations, and International Financial Reporting Standards.
• Experience in preparing consolidated financial statements and group results.
• Reliability, accuracy, and independence in performing tasks.
• Good organization skills and proficiency in spreadsheet software.
• Knowledge of English would be an additional advantage.
• Knowledge of the medical industry would be an additional advantage.
