Responsibilities: 

• Acquisition and organization of transport in international relations, planning the route so as to reduce downtime (driving about 6 – 10 bi-therma buses up to 3.5t) 
• Controlling the implementation of the loads undertaken 
• Acquisition of customers 
• Acquisition of orders of freight exchanges 
• Handling of standing orders 
• Transport planning 
• Building long-term business relationships with customers 
• Contacting regular customers 
• Taking care of high quality of offered services 
• Cooperation with the whole team, looking for the best solutions 
• Entering orders into the system 
• Closing the order in the system 

Requirements: 

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an International Freight Forwarder in driving both minibuses and cargoes transported at controlled temperatures (such as foodstuffs or pharmaceuticals) – mandatory 
• Experience in customer acquisition, having own customer base welcome 
• Experience and good track record in the logistics of organized trips so as to minimize downtime 
• Knowledge of international transport regulations 
• Knowledge of international transportation and freight forwarding 
• English communicatively spoken and written 
• Other languages – welcome 
• Knowledge of Transportation Exchanges 
• Communication and negotiation skills 
• Very good organization of work 
• Openness to teamwork 
• Commitment, accuracy, independence
