HR coffee break “Employment opportunities for people with disabilities”

Join us for an HR coffee break of company executives and HR professionals to talk about employment opportunities for people with disabilities and how anyone can have an interesting job and do really meaningful things.

Our goal is to change the perception of the complexity and risks of employing people with disabilities, not to wait for changes in the labor market, but to change it together. Smart Solutions brings like-minded people together and creates a new space for change in today’s environment.

▪️ 9:10 – 9:20 – kick-off, opening speech by Agnieszka Kolanowska
▪️ 9:20 – 10:00 – presentation by Angelika Łajkowska, CEO of Leżę i Pracuję. The case of creating the first marketing agency with the ability to hire people with disabilities
▪️ 10:05 – 10:25 – presentation by Martyna Drobnicka of KTW.legal. Topic: legal aspects of hiring people with disabilities and rights and obligations of employees/employers
▪️ 10:30 – 10:50 – presentation by Katarzyna Pomorska from ART-LEX. Topic: advantages of hiring people with disabilities and financial aspects for employers
▪️ 11:00 – 11:40 – presentation by alpinist Piotr Głowacki, author of the “Crown of the Earth with a Pacemaker” project, who proves by his own example that it is possible to achieve the impossible despite a health disability, as well as the importance of psychology in achieving goals.
