On May 6, 2024, Smart Solutions signed an agreement to acquire HR service provider Stafferty. By incorporating this company, Smart Solutions expands its reach to the Baltic countries, as Stafferty has offices in Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia.
Within a few weeks, the HR service provider’s team will be integrated into Smart Solutions, strengthening the business and expanding the range of services including outstaffing, recruitment, business process outsourcing, and HR administration.
