Smart Solutions — 17 Years. And This Is Just the Beginning

This year, Smart Solutions turns 17.
17 years of solutions, challenges, and growth. The journey has been different at times — sometimes difficult, sometimes very fast — but always meaningful. Over these years, the company has grown from a small team of like-minded people into an international group operating across multiple markets and proving every day that HR can be dynamic, modern, and truly effective.

At the heart of all these years lies an unwavering belief in people. This belief has united Smart Solutions from day one and continues to do so today.

From an Idea to an International Scale

Everything began in 2009 with a simple yet bold idea: to create a company that provides comprehensive HR services while remaining human-centered and open. The first major milestone was a partnership with an international brand — a manufacturer of finishing materials for the construction industry. This collaboration set the pace for further development and gave the confidence to move forward.

Soon, global brands such as Abbott, Tikkurila, FM Logistic, Auchan, Metro, Henkel, Mars, and others joined the portfolio. Step by step, Smart Solutions secured its position among market leaders.

Today, Smart Solutions is part of Eclectic Talents Group — an international outsourcing ecosystem that helps businesses in different countries focus on what matters most by taking over secondary and routine business processes. This partnership has provided a broader perspective on global market needs and new opportunities to scale expertise.

The development naturally extended beyond the borders of Ukraine. In 2012, an office was opened in Kazakhstan — the starting point for Central Asia and collaboration with GTI, Microsoft, and HP. Then came the turn for Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan.

In 2022, Smart Solutions entered the European market, opening its first branches in Warsaw and Katowice. The Polish direction became a new stage of growth: it strengthened the company’s competencies and allowed for a deeper understanding of the specifics of the European labor market.

Currently, Smart Solutions also operates in Gdynia and Wrocław, with the Polish business being managed by Natalia Myskowa — CEO of Smartsol-HR Sp. z o.o. and a labor market expert since 2014. She regularly speaks at industry conferences, comments on market trends in the media, and analyzes changes both from an economic perspective and in the context of employing foreigners. Under her leadership, the Polish branch has been dynamically developing, strengthening trust in the brand and making Smart Solutions increasingly recognizable in the Polish market.

Even during the most difficult times of war, Smart Solutions did not halt its growth. Today, our office in Poland is a symbol of international team strengthening and readiness for challenges of any scale.

Work that earns recognition

Consistent work has brought tangible results.

Between 2016 and 2018, Smart Solutions ranked among the fastest-growing companies in Europe. In 2019, it was named the best HR service provider of the year by the Ukrainian People’s Award. In October 2023, Smart Solutions joined PFHR — the Polish HR Forum, a prestigious professional community gathering leading HR experts in the country.

In 2024, Smart Solutions acquired STAFFERTY — a provider of HR services ranked among the top 5 companies in its segment in Ukraine. In the same year, the HR Brand Ukraine Award joined Eclectic Talents Group. Since then, Smart Solutions has been its permanent partner, sharing the common ambition not only to participate in the market but also to shape its future — developing HR culture and promoting the best talent management practices.

Also in 2024, the company received the prestigious “Employee-Friendly Agency” certificate, awarded by the Confederation of Lewiatan in collaboration with the National Trade Union Confederation.

In 2025, Smart Solutions joined the Business Centre Club — one of the largest business associations in Poland, bringing together entrepreneurs and leaders for business development and creating a favorable economic environment.

Today, Smart Solutions certainly looks to the future: it plans to enter new markets — including the Netherlands and Mongolia, develops IT directions, and focuses on creating even greater value for clients.

However, the main pillar of the company remains unchanged — people.

On this day, we want to thank the entire team: those who have been with us from the very beginning and those who joined later.
