Smart Solutions HR joins Business Centre Club
We are pleased to announce that Smart Solutions HR has been invited to the prestigious Business Centre Club (BCC), the largest statutory employer organization in Poland. Joining BCC is a great honor for us and a step towards further developing our business and strengthening our market position.
BCC is a business club that brings together leaders from various industries, including international corporations, financial institutions, telecommunications companies, the largest Polish manufacturers, universities, publishing corporations, and law firms. As members of BCC, we join a group of over 400,000 employees employed by companies affiliated with this organization. BCC has offices in nearly 250 cities across Poland and operates within 22 regional lodges.
This is a unique club, whose members are not only entrepreneurs but also lawyers, journalists, scientists, publishers, and doctors, who together represent a broad cross-section of the Polish business market. BCC plays a key role in representing employers’ interests in the Social Dialogue Council, participates in the creation of the most important legislative projects, such as budget laws, negotiates collective agreements with trade unions, and comments on legal acts. Additionally, the club is involved in activities with public administration, local governments, and parliamentarians, safeguarding the interests of its members.
Joining BCC is also an acknowledgment of our company as a reliable and trustworthy business partner that adheres to the principles of business ethics and accepts the code of honor. It is also worth mentioning that Natalia Myskova has been chosen as the representative of Smart Solutions in the Katowice Lodge of BCC. Additionally, Natalia has been appointed to the Powiatowa Rada Rynku Pracy in Racibórz for the 2026–2029 term, which is another important step in her professional career and confirms her commitment to the development of the labor market and cooperation with local institutions.
