That is why we regularly initiate social projects to help create better conditions for future generations, from supporting young people to protecting the environment. After all, we strive to be responsible and useful members of society.
Supporting young people is an investment in the future.
One of our key initiatives is cyclical monthly meetings with children from the Dom Aniołów Stróżów orphanage. Our HR specialists gave lectures to teenagers aged 12 and over who are already thinking about future employment and their careers. During the meetings, they talked about the importance of employment, proper CV writing and the peculiarities of recruitment for different generations. They also discussed why it is important to turn your hobbies into work.
We also talked about the different types of jobs and conducted a test with the children to help identify their interests. At the next meeting, we interpreted everyone’s test results and conducted situational interviews, where the children had the opportunity to try themselves as both candidates and recruiters.
In addition, we took the children on a tour of our office. We showed them in practice how recruiters work and how important it is to know several languages to communicate with candidates from all over the world. We also answered the children’s questions, helped them understand and prepare them for the challenges they will face in the labour market.
The main goal of this initiative is to help monetise the interests of the children in the orphanage in the future. These meetings not only help teenagers learn more about opportunities in various professions, but also inspire them to develop themselves and achieve success.
Visits to schools are our contribution to the development of professional education of schoolchildren.
By actively cooperating with schools, Smart Solutions employees give lectures to students to explain that work is not just about earning money. It is also a way to develop both themselves and the whole world. After all, everyone can influence the situation in the world, and it is important to understand that every job has meaning. To do this, we discuss with schoolchildren the importance of each profession and help them create their own business cards based on their desire for what they want to become in the future.
Our goal is to show children that everyone can succeed if they work hard and develop themselves.
Caring for the environment.
Smart Solutions recognises the importance of preserving our planet for future generations. We are actively implementing environmental initiatives aimed at preserving the environment and reducing our negative impact on the environment. For example, when preparing gifts for our clients, we take care to minimize the use of plastic and make them as environmentally friendly as possible.
This year, we are giving our customers special plant growing kits, which include all the necessary materials and instructions to make it easy to grow a plant at home. We want such gifts to become not only a symbol of fruitful cooperation with our customers, but also to inspire them to take care of the environment with their beauty and help them create new ideas for rapid business growth and development.
