Smart Solutions Announces Partnership with Deel
Smart Solutions has announced a collaboration with the global HR platform Deel. The partnership aims to make international business scaling simpler, faster, and legally secure.
The collaboration combines the HR outsourcing expertise, talent management capabilities, and market-entry experience of Eclectic Talents Group with Deel’s technological solutions in the Employer of Record (EOR) model and international payroll. This will enable businesses to hire specialists in more than 100 countries worldwide without establishing local legal entities, significantly reducing legal, tax, and compliance risks.
In addition, the partnership will help companies test new markets more quickly, centralize HR and payroll processes, and focus on business growth rather than administrative tasks.
