Smart Solutions will hold a charity business event HRs & Wine
On November 10, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. UNIT.city (Kyiv, 3 Dorogozhitska St.) will host a large-scale HR event, all proceeds from which will be donated to the Return Alive Fund.
The theme of the event will be “HR Transformation: How to Survive the War, Digital Revolution and Staff Shortage“
At the event, there will be speeches by leading specialists in the HR field, who will raise relevant topics.
In particular, Natalia Teryakhina, HRD of the Kernel company, will talk about the peculiarities of working with veterans and analysis of real cases. Vladyslav Zhaivoronok, a soldier of the Azov regiment and one of the defenders of Mariupol, will also share his experience and features of communication with veterans and military personnel.
In addition, we will talk about the acute shortage of personnel, the outflow of personnel and what to do about it. Ruslana Korenchuk, the head of the Diya.Osvita project, will talk about how the state helps businesses in today’s realities.
“Now it is important to do such charitable events, and it is very good that we are supported by various speakers and leading companies, because no company, no manager previously had experience working with veterans, military personnel and, in general, with personnel during the war. In addition, with the help of the event, we are going to realize an important mission – to raise funds for the demining of de-occupied territories,” – shares Artem Nikishov, CEO of Smart Solutions.
The goal of our charity event is to collect UAH 500,000 for equipment for sappers to demine the country. 100% of the funds from the sale of tickets will be sent to the Return Alive Fund for the “We Have to Live Here” project.
The event will be useful for HR managers, HRD, CEO, as well as company leaders. At the event, there will be an opportunity to exchange experiences with colleagues offline. And the highlight will be the tasting of Ukrainian-made craft wine from the Leleka Wines company.

If you do not have the opportunity to attend a charity event, but want to join the collection of funds for demining, you can simply donate any amount to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, to the Fund for demining of Ukraine.
